Participants agree to:

- Immediately report unsafe conditions to event staff
- Accept responsibility for their own conduct and participation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants release and hold harmless Central Iowa Sports, its owners, staff, tournament directors, officials, affiliates, sponsors, venues, and partners from claims arising from participation in any event or activity.
III. Parents and Guardians of Minor Participants
If you register or allow a minor participant under age 18 to participate in a Central Iowa Sports event, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are the parent or legal guardian of the participant
- You understand and accept the risks associated with participation
- You consent to the minor’s participation in events and activities
- You authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary
You further agree to release and hold harmless Central Iowa Sports, its owners, staff, tournament directors, officials, affiliates, sponsors, venues, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the minor participant’s involvement in any event or activity.
IV. Team Registrations, Rosters, and Submitted Materials
Individuals submitting team registrations, rosters, waivers, or other materials certify that:
- All submitted information is accurate and complete
- They are authorized to submit information on behalf of the team and participants
- All required consents and permissions have been obtained
Those submitting materials agree to indemnify and hold harmless Central Iowa Sports from claims arising from inaccurate, incomplete, unauthorized, or fraudulent submissions.
