Leagues Refund Policy

Our goal is to provide a full and rewarding league experience for all participants. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect the season. The following refund policy applies to league registration fees:

• No Refunds After 90% Completion:
  If 90% or more of scheduled league games are completed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of circumstances.

• Pro-Rated Refunds Under 90% Completion:
  If fewer than 90% of scheduled games are completed, a pro-rated refund will be issued based on the number of games played relative to the total scheduled, minus any non-recoverable costs (e.g., uniforms, facility rentals, league insurance, etc.).

• Calculation Example:
  If only 70% of games are played and the league fee was $100, a $20 refund (20% of the fee) may be issued.

• Refund Method & Timeline:
  Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as a league credit within 30 days of the season’s official end date.
